Grand Cayman Estates is a gated residential community in Stockbridge, Georgia, set across roughly 150 acres of landscaped grounds, large lots, and a central stocked lake—designed to feel like a private, resort-style neighborhood outside Atlanta.
The development is positioned around generous yards, Mediterranean/European-inspired architecture, and easy access to local parks and trails—appealing to buyers who want both space and a curated community environment.
Our client had vetted NovaSlate carefully based on our past work, communication, and development process, then asked us to build a clean, high-trust WordPress website that could present lots for sale and make the community feel like a place people would want to build their dream home.
Selling raw lots in a luxury community means selling a future lifestyle, not just land. The website needed to communicate scale—big lots, mature landscaping, and a five-acre stocked lake—while keeping the experience simple and conversion-focused for prospective homebuyers and builders.
Additionally, buyers often research neighborhoods on multiple platforms (MLS, realtor sites, and developer pages). Grand Cayman Estates needed a primary site that looked authoritative, offered clear lot information, and worked smoothly with listing services and agents. The client’s due diligence meant they expected a professional site that matched the caliber of the development.
We began by designing an experience that mirrored the community’s character — open, elegant, and calm. The design uses wide layouts, soft tones, and large imagery to evoke the feeling of standing on an expansive property under an open sky. Every page was structured to inspire trust and spark imagination.
Our design choices weren’t just about aesthetics; they were about evoking space. This meant giving visuals room to breathe, typography that guided attention without shouting, and a layout that naturally leads visitors toward inquiries.
Once the visuals were finalized, we built the website on WordPress, ensuring performance, scalability, and ease of updates for the client. The CMS was optimized for fast loading times and easy content management, allowing the client’s team to update listings and information as new lots became available or were sold.
We also implemented simple inquiry and contact forms, integrating them with the client’s sales team workflow — creating a smooth hand-off from curiosity to conversation.
Because the community’s appeal is visual—spacious lots, lush landscaping, and lake views—we advised on photography selection and image treatments to make the site feel airy and aspirational. Large-format photos and carefully framed shots help the website sell the dream, not just the specs.
